Whilst the key to success is the quality and dedication of our people , they are only able to achieve our Goal and indeed your Goals through the various management tools that we have in place , these are as follows:
⇒ Vehicle Tracking
To supplement our pallet track and trace facility all our vehicles have vehicle tracking - so we do not only know when a pallet was loaded on to a vehicle but we know where that vehicle is at any point in time
⇒ Track and Trace
All consignment labels have a Bar Code label which enables us to scan the movement of the pallets as they move through the system. The tracking can be viewed on line , ensuring both the customer and ourselves are in full control of the distribution process
⇒ On Line Manifesting
we are able to offer our customers a on line manifesting system that enables your team to manifest and label each pallet as your warehouse / Goods Despatch team pick them
⇒ Digital Data Capture
We are able to capture information at the point of delivery, enabling the driver to transmit to the traffic management system in real time the date and time of delivery as well as the details of the person receiving the goods
⇒ Electronic Invoicing
We are able to transmit the invoice for deliveries to our customers electronically with all the Proofs of Deliveries attached.
⇒ Key Performance Indicators
We are able to generate Key Performance Indicators from our system , thereby providing our customers with management information relating to our service and how they have utilised the various services that we offer Customer Service Champions - using the suite of information our team will use this to ensure that your goods are delivered on time and in full and that any issues are identified and acted upon before it affects our service to your customer. To assist us with this we have customer service champions who will monitor all deliveries and communicate directly with you should a problem arise - it also gives our customers a champion within our business.
⇒ Stand Trailers
For larger quantities we can provide a stand trailer enabling your team to load the pallets as they are picked . This can also enable a later pick up time , thereby enabling you to fulfil orders that have been received late - thereby enabling you to drive up your own service levels and beat the competition !

With many of us focusing on the impact of our businesses on the Environment the pallet networks have been one of the greta successes within the distribution field , utilising double decked trailers, achieving a high fill level means that the CO2 emissions per pallet moved is at a relatively lo level
